Rob was simply amazing to work with and I'm forever grateful he was able to photograph our perfect day. The day after our wedding my husband told me he thought Rob was hilarious and our groomsman all loved him and that Rob made him feel comfortable behind the camera (which is almost impossible to do). Communication was always easy and he was quick to respond, he asked what I wanted and delivered beyond what I imagined.

We used Rob for our wedding in 2014 and he was amazing. His pictures from our wedding day are beautiful and even better he seemlessly got along with our families. I highly, highly, highly recommend Rob! More over, I recently used Rob to make a wedding album for my wife and my 3rd wedding anniversary. He was incredibloy responsive and got the album done on a very short time frame. It was a pleasure working with Rob!

Rob was a pleasure to work with!! I could not have asked for a better photographer. My wedding party could not believe how fun pictures were, normally a boring routine part of being in a wedding, but that was not the case with Rob! He was so much fun to work with had us all laughing the whole time. Especially when he ripped his pants while trying to get a good pic for us. Now that's dedication!! We used Rob and Jackie for our wedding video and photo booth. Their team was amazing. You did not even know they were there recording the ceremony and reception. The photobooth was a hit and they give you an awesome scrapbook the encourage guests to write in. We received our videos in a reasonable amount of time. I have no complaints! Thank you you making our day more then just a memory

If you want horrible communication, professionalism, and overall quality of photos to be horrible....Rad Photography is your photographer. If you want to wait almost 10 months to get any photos back, pick Rad! If you want to literally have to beg to receive your wedding videos back 10 months later, Rad is for you!

Rob and Jackie are the best. Since the day is so overwhelming, both of them and their team were constant calming forces amongst the chaos. When picking wedding photographers I wanted someone who didn't do your "typical" wedding photos. RAD is exactly that. Their approach the wedding photography is far more creative than anyone I've seen in the Cleveland area. That's why we went with them. And we were not disappointed. I was also on the fence about hiring a wedding videographer. Our wedding planner suggested we go to Rob's website and view several of his wedding trailer videos. I was in tears after watching the first one. I'm so glad I got talked in to using them for videography. I can't say enough good things about them, they are professional, responsive and their work is amazing.

THESE GUYS ARE AWESOME! My husband and endlessly searched and searched for a videographer that would be able to capture our special day. We are Greek and had a huge wedding (700 people) yikes! So, we were hesitant about trusting someone to capture everything in the most elegant way possible and Rob and his crew exceeded our expectations! We also enjoyed their company- they were very professional and kind. The short clip that they create which highlights all the beautiful moments between you and your husband is my favorite-I watch it when my husband and I get in an argument (hehe!) because it always makes me happy cry. These guys are awesome and I will be calling them to capture our future celebrations.

Picking a photographer is perhaps the toughest and most important decision when planning your wedding. Picking RAD is the best decision you can make. Simply stellar people, great to work with, courteous, professional, and all that. Beyond that though is the actual photos. They have the ability to take those precious moments and make them last, they do that with creativity and style that sets your photos apart from all the average folks out there. Our photos were awesome, our business relationship with them was easy, and on the day of the event their laid back and cool demeanor is a blessing. They are simply the best. And since our wedding we have used them to capture an even more special occasion the birth of first child. So not only did we trust them for our wedding we trusted them to take pics years later of our first child. I can think of no higher praise than that.

For me, hiring a photographer was the most important decision we made for our wedding. I started researching Cleveland-area photographers long before we even got engaged, and rad | photographer was at the top of my list. I was so happy that Rob and Jackie were available for our date. Our photos turned out amazing and we especially love the photo book that they put together for us. It's something we'll cherish forever.

We got married on July 4,2015. The first thing that really sole me on RAD was that unlike every single other vendor, he did not want to charge us more for a holiday wedding. That was very refreshing. We knew we wanted a more laid back documentary style rather than the typical posed day. Rob and his team showed up on time, were very professional and did a fantastic job. I gave him a short list of wedding photos that I really wanted and he captured every single one of them. He did beautiful shots of my husband and I and I am so thrilled with all of the photos. The preview video and blog post were available just days after our wedding and were stunning. We received out video and all of our edited photos just a few weeks later. Rob is always responsive and we were so thrilled with Rob and his whole team!

Rob and crew are amazing to work with! Our wedding photos are so beautiful, I received so many comments from others about how perfect they are. We have so many candid ones!! Rob pays attention to detail...took the time to photograph the smallest details on my wedding gown, our rings, and our expressions! I would and do definitely recommend RAD to all friends and family! 5 stars for quality!!

Rob and his team did photo and video of our wedding. He was great - had a pre-plan of what we wanted, then executed flawlessly. He captured all the moments we wanted and delivered a preview very quickly (which was great to share while we were on our honeymoon). The end products, including photos, book, and video, were all perfect.

We got married June 2015. Rob was our photographer and we also had a photo booth set up. He captured all the little things to the big things. He was very professional and quick with family photos group photos and even photos of us. ( heavy dress June wedding it was hot) we have this one sunset photo that is so beautiful!!! I would recommend him 100%. We also received our disc with all of our pictures very quickly after the wedding and we were very pleased with the amount and the quality. He definitely captured everything in our prefect day❤️

we knew we wanted RAD to photograph our special day the moment i saw one of his blog posts online. the photos were absolutely stunning, and i contacted him that day! i literally got an e-mail back 1 hour later. couldn't believe how fast he and jackie responded. not only do they take beautiful photos, but they are two of the kindest people we have ever met. we felt so comfortable meeting and chatting with rob during our engagement session, and the wedding photos were just as gorgeous. i had a list of photos that i wanted them to try to include and they got each one. rob even made sure to stand in the perfect spot as i walked down the aisle despite the pastor trying over and over to get him to move (it was an outdoor wedding, not in the pastor's own church). THAT is exactly what i wanted on my wedding day. a photographer who is passionate about our day enough to get those perfect moments captured for us to keep forever instead of someone scooting out of the way and missing them. rob and jackie both did a phenomenal job and i have recommended them numerous times because so many people look at our wedding photos and ask who took them :)

Five stars isn't enough!!!! Rob & Jackie made our wedding so special. They came very well recommend from several of my friends and even joked about how our wedding had so many of their past clients. My husband and I are from very large families and with that comes a lot of personalities and opinions. They both had a unique way of not only making sure they documented our special day to our liking but they were able to accommodate the rest of the family. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone to use. We were so satisfied with them that we currently use Jackie (Jacyln Ann Photography) for our sons photos. If you want a great experience go with RAD!

1 word. Heartbroken. The very long story short is…. We were sent the wrong wedding pictures/video TWICE. 60% of the photos requested were not taken. The wedding “video” is beyond a joke. The camera was left in the ballroom pointed at the dance floor completely off center. No table pictures, no organized pictures at the reception. We basically threw away $5,000.00. The pictures that were taken were fine, but to not have all the photos requested is devastating. We also negotiated that Rob and his crew would eat at our cocktail hour, as Rob put it we are working, the cocktail hour is fine for us to eat at; only to find out the next day that he was nasty to the maître d and requested not only sit down dinners but for a table for the four of them. They started earlier then we really wanted them to so as the night was winding down he approached us and said they were leaving. We hadn’t cut the cake yet or had our father/daughter, mother/son dances yet. We of course were beside ourselves, so with that he whips out his IPhone pulls up our contract and said you only hired us for 10 hours, its $500 if you want us to stay. What choice did we have? But in the end with the help of our wedding planner he thought better of charging us and didn’t. So in the end I requested all the raw footage from him (which I finally received). I am going to pay someone to put something together for me because what he put together is absolutely pathetic and disgraceful. If you are thinking of using Rob Drago “RAD” as your wedding photographer and videographer I would strongly advise you not to. You would be better off asking a 5 year old and might have better luck. He is unprofessional and down right rude and has nerve to operate a business recording the most important events of people’s lives. We chose Rad Photography to do our wedding videography because we felt like they were closest in comparison to other Cleveland videographers to what style of wedding video we wanted. They were easy to work with and really laid back. We chose a package that had two videographers and if anything I wish I would have chosen the package with the longest amount of hours filming because the day went so quickly! The two videographers who came to film were really friendly and laid back as well, making it easy on us since we aren't on camera everyday.. or ever :) We are really glad we chose them to film our big day.

I was shocked to see a negative review for Rad. Those individuals were clearly bridezillas. My husband and I had the best experience with Rob & Vince! Our sneak peaks were available within the week of the wedding and were beautiful! We took our photos in blah Toledo, OH, but you would never know. We told Rob just to find places on the spot as we drove around and somehow he really found the beauty in the city. They helped out with so many small details such as flowers and assisted with the flow of the entire day. Best of all, their sense of humor mirrored ours perfectly and allowed us to relax and fully enjoy the day! The price is fair and average compared to other photographers and worth every penny for the creativeness.

I am absolutely horrified when I think about my experience with this company. You are only a bride and groom once in your life. Mark, the photographer, was great - very friendly and showed a lot of enthusiasm during both our engagement session & wedding. After Mark takes the photos, he hands them over to Rob Drago who owns the company, for editing and following up with the client. Well, Rob never picks up his phone and it takes him 3 weeks to respond to my emails. My engagement photos were taken May 2012 and it is now March 2013 and I have STILL not received the hard disk. My wedding was September 2nd, 2012 and it is now March 2013 and I have STILL not received the hard disk with photos, nor all the "special edits" of photos. Another very sad thing for me, as a bride, is to think that the photographers FAILED to take pictures of the groom & I alone - there was only 1 good shot of us together. I am teary eyed just thinking about it. I would recommend Linczak Photography, or any other similarly-priced photographer in Cleveland.

We just got our pictures back and they are very nice.

We wanted an edgy video that did not look like every other one we had seen and these guys certainly took a ton of footage. They were not if your face the whole night, but they were there getting footage. We haven't seen ours yet, but I am confident they will rock!

I can't say enough about RAD productions. They were professional and most of all- laid back and fun. We were looking for something different than the usual portrait style photos. They captured awesome moments. The quality of the pix is great and having CDs made it so easy to create projects. Can't wait to use them again for their lifestyle sessions.
